  One of the worst experiences I've had at a oral surgeons office. Let's start with the front staff, although they asked me whether or not I had insurance, for which I did, they did not tell me until an hour and a half later that my insurance wasn't in their Network. Otherwise they were marginally courteous. Next, the dental assistant didn't appear to know exactly what was going on semicolon may be due to miscommunication with the surgeon but I waited 15 to 20 minutes before she realized I need an x-ray. Lastly, The surgeon Dr Park came into the room with mild introduction and mildly aware that you were there but just focusing on my teeth. Then walked out very quickly and told me that he would proceed with the teeth extraction. Then came his financial staff and then told me I would pay for everything out of pocket and that they wouldn't accept my insurance because it was out of network again an hour-and-a-half later. When I complained they said that this was their policy. This is not appropriate and I walked out after I paid the co-pay. I definitely would not recommend going to this place.

  Absolutely, by far, the best experience I've ever had at any dental facility. After several years of horrible work by a local dentist, I was referred to Dr. Aaron Park & staff for two surgical extractions and implants. He and his very competent staff were the best. I was scheduled for 9am this morning and it was completed by 10:30. I could not be happier with the work performed and their level of expertise. Thank you all for the professionalism that shines throughout your office.

  Absolutely the best experience I have ever had, Dr. Park and staff took excellent care of my mother. She felt at ease, staff made sure that she was comfortable during the entire procedure. Would absolutely recommend triangle implant center to everyone. Front staff very patient and explained in detail what my mother's estimated cost would be.
